General safety
Use the product only for its intended purpose and always place it on a stable, level surface.
Are you using real candles? If so, place them upright on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, heat sources, and flammable materials. Never leave a burning candle unattended and keep it out of reach of children and pets. Do not move candles while they are still burning or until the wax has solidified. Do not move candle holders and stands while they are still warm.
Always place a table fireplace on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface. When using it indoors, ensure the room is well-ventilated and never refill the burner while it is burning or still warm.
For reed diffusers, avoid contact of the fragrance oil with skin, eyes, furniture, and other surfaces. Wipe up any spilled liquid immediately and wash hands thoroughly after placing or flipping the reeds. Do not ingest fragrance oil and keep it away from open flames, children, and pets.
Always keep throws and other textile products away from open flames and heat sources. Not intended to be used as bedding, and do not let children or pets play with them unsupervised.
Check glass, ceramic, and other fragile products for damage before use and do not use them if they are cracked or damaged.
Always follow the specific usage and safety instructions on the product, label, or packaging.

Shipping area We currently only ship within the Netherlands.
Order processing After your payment, we process your order within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Delivery time We ship our packages via DHL. Your order will usually arrive within 1-2 business days after shipping.
Track & trace As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email with a track-and-trace code so you can follow your package.
Not at home? If you are not at home, the delivery driver will try to deliver the package to the neighbors or take it to a nearby pick-up point. You will be notified about this by the carrier. You can often also set your preferences with the carrier.
Return Policy
Cancelling an order before shipment
Would you like to cancel your order before it has been shipped? Let us know as soon as possible via info@novustudio.nl or use the cancellation feature in our webshop. Please include your name and order number.
Cooling-off period and returns after receipt
After receiving your order, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. Are you receiving an order in multiple shipments? Then the cooling-off period begins on the day after you have received the final item.
Would you like to cancel your purchase? Let us know within the cooling-off period. The easiest way is via the online withdrawal feature in our webshop, or by email to info@novustudio.nl. Please include your name and order number. You do not need to provide a reason or wait for our approval.
After you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have another 14 days to return the item. Simply returning a package without notifying us that you wish to cancel the purchase is not sufficient.
